PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL-BEING AS A PREDICTOR OF PROFESSIONAL SUCCESS

Abstract

The article presents the results of a theoretical study of the problem of emotional well-being as a predictor of professional success. It is shown that emotional intelligence, stress resistance and vitality, and psychosocial aspects are key factors that contribute to the improvement of a person’s psychological well-being and, in turn, his success in work and professional activity. The purpose of this article is to investigate the problem of psychological well-being as a predictor of professional success. The study of this problem can highlight key aspects that will help to develop effective approaches to the formation and development of emotional intelligence, stress resistance, vitality, effective psycho-social interaction and increasing the general satisfaction of employees with their work, which, in turn, can positively affect professional achievements. effectiveness and efficiency of the organization as a whole. Based on the above material, we conclude that psychological well-being has a significant impact on many aspects of a person’s professional activity. The results of the study reveal the key mechanisms underlying professional success.
