LEGAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL ASPECTS OF (UKRAINIAN) SOCIETY’S ADAPTATION TO THE CONDITIONS POST-WAR LIFE
Abstract
The scientific article defines the legal and psychological aspects of the adaptation of Ukrainian society to the conditions of post-war life. The legal aspects are described, which include legislative changes related to compensation for damages, social protection and human rights in the conditions of post-war reconstruction. Psychological aspects are defined, which cover the processes of anxiety, stress and trauma, as well as mechanisms of psychological rehabilitation and support for the affected individuals and society. The task, purpose and importance of legal and psychological adaptation of Ukrainian society to the post-war situation are considered in detail. A training plan for legal and psychological aspects of adaptation of Ukrainian society to the conditions of postwar life for a three-month period is proposed. According to the results of scientific research, it was determined that the war has serious consequences for society and people, their solution requires taking into account both psychological and legal aspects, which should complement each other and contribute to the creation of conditions for improving the quality of life of the population and restoring social harmony in the post-war period.
