TECHNOLOGIES OF SOCIAL COUNSELING OF PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES WHO HAVE SURVIVED BULLYING
Abstract
The article is devoted to the urgent problem of socio-psychological support of persons with disabilities who have experienced bullying, and the analysis of social counseling technologies aimed at overcoming its consequences. It is emphasized that bullying has not only a situational, but also a long-term impact on this category of persons, which is manifested in a decrease in self-esteem, loss of a sense of security, the formation of distrust of the social environment, social isolation and difficulties in interpersonal interaction. The work summarizes scientific approaches to understanding bullying as a socio-psychological phenomenon, reveals its forms and outlines the specifics of experiencing psychological violence by persons with disabilities in modern society. The article analyzes the main technologies of consulting work, individual supportive, socialresource and preventive-developmental counseling, determines their content, functions and possibilities of application in working with victims of bullying. It is shown that a comprehensive approach that combines psychological assistance, development of social competencies and involvement of the client's social environment contributes to increasing the psychological stability of the individual, reducing the negative consequences of traumatic experience and restoring social inclusion. The effectiveness of social counseling largely depends on the individualization of approaches, considering the client's life experience, his resources and conditions of the social environment, as well as on the coordination of actions between specialists from various social institutions. The materials of the article can be used in the practice of social work, psychological counseling, inclusive education and training of specialists in helping professions.
