STATE AND NON-STATE PROGRAMS TO SUPPORT YOUTH IN MARTIAL ARTS CONDITIONS
Abstract
The article explores state and non-state programs for supporting youth in Ukraine under martial law. It examines the transformation of youth policy directions after the beginning of the full-scale war, particularly the shift of focus towards ensuring psychological resilience, social adaptation, employment, continuation of education, and youth involvement in volunteer activities. The paper analyzes key governmental initiatives aimed at maintaining the educational process, supporting youth centers, fostering civic engagement, and creating conditions for self-realization in crisis circumstances.Special attention is given to the role of non-governmental organizations, international founda- tions, and volunteer movements, which actively contribute to the development of psychological assistance programs, cultural and educational projects designed to facilitate youth integration into social life. The article emphasizes the importance of synergy between state institutions and the civil society sector in providing comprehensive support for young people, while also highlighting the problem of unequal access to resources across different regions of the country.
