COGNITIVE-BEHAVIORAL PSYCHOTHERAPY IN RECOVERY STRATEGIES IN THE SYSTEM OF MODERN SOCIAL- PSYCHOLOGICAL CARE
Abstract
The article reveals the features of the application of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy in recovery strategies in the system of modern socio-psychological care. It is shown that the practi- cal significance of the principles and methods of cognitive-behavioral psychotherapy is associated with the need to prevent and correct depression not only as an experience, but also as a currently widespread disease. The need to apply the achievements of this psychotherapeutic direction for recovery strategies in the system of modern socio-psychological assistance to broad segments of the population, in particular persons sentenced to imprisonment, is emphasized, since such condi- tions are designed to ensure the correction and resocialization of convicts, along with punishment, which manifests itself in the presence of various kinds of restrictions that lead to depressive and auto-aggressive experiences, destructive behavior.
