МЕМОРІАЛЬНА ПОЛІТИКА ТА ДЕКОНСТРУКЦІЯ ПОЛІТИЧНИХ СИСТЕМ: ЕПІСТЕМОЛОГІЧНИЙ ТА ГНОСЕОЛОГІЧНИЙ ВИМІРИ

Анотація
Сучасний світ характеризується динамічними змінами у сфері політики та історії, де особливе місце займає меморіальна політика. Вона виступає не лише як засіб збереження колективної пам'яті, але й як інструмент деконструкції традиційних політичних систем. Ця стаття поглиблено аналізує причинно-наслідкові зв'язки між розвитком меморіальної політики та процесами деконструкції політичних систем, акцентуючи на важливості епістемологічних та гносеологічних аспектів у науковому розвитку. У контексті постмодернізму, меморіальна політика відіграє ключову роль у формуванні ідентичності та владних відносин, пропонуючи новий погляд на минуле та його вплив на сучасність. У статті розглядається, як маніпуляція пам'яттю та статусами «жертв» впливає на політичний ландшафт, а також як віктимізація та вибіркове вшанування історичних подій служать інструментами для здобуття влади та впливу. Особлива увага приділяється «Відозві з Блуа», яка виступає проти меморіальної політики та закликає до свободи історичної науки. Автор розкриває, як цей документ відображає занепокоєння щодо моралізації історії та цензури, підкреслюючи необхідність вільного дослідження минулого. Завершується стаття висновком про те, що меморіальна політика та її взаємодія з політичними системами вимагає від науковців глибокого розуміння її епістемологічних та гносеологічних основ. Такий підхід дозволяє не тільки критично аналізувати історичні наративи, але й виявляти способи, за допомогою яких пам'ять формує політичну реальність, сприяючи розвитку більш свідомого та відповідального ставлення до історії.
